Alaska, Days 4 and 5

Days 4 and 5 in Alaska -

the zoo, the park, and the Imaginarium

So actually, we aren't sure what happened to all the pictures from the zoo.  But Eamon saw seals, eagles, bears of the polar, black, and brown variety, otters, a tiger, a camel (who farted on us - yuck), and many other critters.  Here he is in front of the zoo sign, though.

We decided to have a picnic lunch since it was so warm (50 degrees at the zoo).  When we got to the picnic area, it was 38 degrees and the tables were hidden by snow drifts.

The ski lift at the park - he loved it!

Eamon found a random tricycle at the park.

He was totally into this Bornoulli Blower at the Imaginarium.
Thank you, Anchorage Museum, for keeping my child entertained for nearly three hours.

The ball chute - SO COOL!

The spin table showed Eamon what happens when you go through rapids in your kayak

He kept saying "swing, swing."  It's actually a hoist system, and Eamon tricked this poor boy into hoisting him about five times.

Eamon and Mama in a bubble

I'm not entirely sure what this thing was.  But he thought it was pretty.

I think this is the first time I've nursed in a "nursing area."
